What is Yi?
Our “Y:i” logo represents the union of Youth (all of us) and individual (you!) Just as the body of Christ is not made up of one part, but of many, so, too, our group is made up of many unique and wonderful individuals who come together to form one group. The whole is bigger than the sum of the parts and the Y is bigger than the i. And it is all contained in our wonderful, yet imperfect, house!
“Y:i” is also the beginning of a statement, a statement that can say “Y:i love,” “Y:i believe,” “Y:i belong,” or Y:i do just about anything (serve, give thanks, etc.)
As we individuals come together as a group, we hope we can together make a statement for Christ to the world. That is Y we are here. I hope you agree!
